At Geisinger, I trained as an administrative fellow and hospital operator, managing a team and multimillion-dollar orthopedics budget. At Geisinger Health Plan, I was the first hire dedicated to member experience strategy, driving a 58% increase in Medicare Net Promoter Score in two years and securing $500,000 commitment for a consumer app by creating the first internal Shark Tank pitch competition. At Blue Cross NC, I redesigned physician relationships around value-based care goals and helped define consumer experience for board-approved enterprise priorities.Today, I lead global product marketing for trusted data and AI at SAS and host the Health Pulse Podcast. I’ve launched products, built an audience that reaches tens of thousands each month, and co-founded Advancement League to create the kinds of connections that move healthcare leaders forward.
